TRAINING - Wellbeing Programme

This programme consists of 6 structured sessions to develop skills, routines, and habits to promote good wellbeing.  It is suitable for any staff member, but we particularly encourage schools to consider signing their support staff up to the course.

Programme Aims:

  • To provide a space for staff to consider their own wellbeing
  • To learn more about recognising and prioritising your wellbeing
  • To be able to consider and address some of the challenges to wellbeing
  • To increase knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing
  • To develop further skills, routines and habits to promote good wellbeing

All sessions will be 14:00 – 15:30 via Zoom.

Participants will need access to a PC/laptop with camera and microphone and headphones (if not in a private room).

This programme is being delivered by Kate Jackson from Well-being Therapy Solutions

The cost for all 6 sessions is £200.00 PER SCHOOL, rather than per person.
